Veterans Empowerment
Group Inc (VEGI) is a veteran owned business bringing other veteran owned
businesses together for the good of US military veterans both active and
inactive. Our mission is to help veterans navigate the red tape and bureaucracy
to reenter the workplace after serving
our country.
VEGI will offer
counseling and direction for vets to find housing, medical and employment.
Many of our brave vets are also homeless and many of them have children as
well. VEGI wants to use it resources to get our vets and especially
homeless kids off the streets. Our efforts are not limited to children of
veterans. If you know of any child without a home we want to assist to find
a home for them as well.

Veterans spent their time in the service protecting our freedom. Now we
want to protect our brothers and sisters in the country we love so much to
make sure everyone has the basic needs for a production life after the
service.

Veterans Family Community Center
Veterans Empowerment Group is
also building a
Veterans Family Community Center. This facility is going to be designed to
bring all the needs of veterans into one place giving veterans and their
families help with housing, jobs, medical and VA assistance.

The Indianapolis
Military College Preparatory Academy is a charter college preparatory
military school open to the youth of Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
Opening August 2012 grades k through 5th grades. Grades 6 through 12
will be added soon. Academics, self discipline, teamwork and leadership
will be emphasized.
The Indianapolis Military College Preparatory Academy will strive to develop
disciplined, morally strong, college ready young men and women who are
prepared for responsible leadership. IMCPA will offer a structured learning
environment.
While IMCPA is a College Preparatory school, we will do more than prepare
our students for college. IMCPA will prepare our students for Life.
The faculty and staff of IMCPA will provide a dynamic curriculum taught
from a college preparatory perspective. They will provide structured,
challenging and innovative instruction that exceeds national norms. All
students will be expected to give full attention to a demanding program of
studies. Expectations for both conduct and achievement are set high.
Small class sizes, specialized curricula, and individual attention from
faculty and advisors at the IMCPA will give our students many distinct
advantages. Our students acquire abilities that ensure success in college
and in life such as the ability to: study hard and apply themselves, manage
their time, set goals for themselves, think for themselves, get along with
others, accept responsibility, and be active participants - not passive
recipients.
